Ongoing support
A retainer service for managing compliance throughout the year. It includes:
- Advice on the VET Quality Framework and the Standards for RTOs
- Guidance on compliance, quality improvement and corrective action
- Regular video or phone check-ins
- Email and phone support when questions come up
The aim is to build your team's own capability and corporate knowledge, not to create dependence on a consultant.
Ad-hoc advice
Pre-paid blocks of hours for specific questions, such as reviewing a training and assessment strategy, interpreting a requirement, or checking a plan before you act on it.
Strategy and business reviews
For boards and executives, we review RTO performance against strategic, business and operational plans, including viability, scope, markets and funding opportunities.
How we work
Every engagement starts with an agreed scope and a fixed budget. You get findings and advice you can act on, and a debrief with your team.

How does the retainer work?
Support is provided to an agreed number of hours, averaged over the term, with additional time available at our hourly rate. We'll suggest a level that suits the size of your RTO.
Can we start with ad-hoc advice?
Yes. Many clients start with a block of advice hours and move to ongoing support later.
