How we work
Every audit and review follows the same disciplined approach, scaled to your size and budget.
We agree what's in scope, such as the standards, qualifications, units and sample sizes, along with the timeframe and a fixed budget.
We interview staff and review training and assessment materials and student records, on site, off site or both.
You receive findings rated low, medium or high risk, with the evidence sighted, our rationale and practical strategies to fix each issue.
We brief your team on the findings, then review your rectification evidence and update the report when you're ready.
